Requirements for participation :
- Participants must provide the following documents in order to be accepted:
- You have reasonable physical fitness + written authorization from physician stating you are fit to participate in mental & physical activities.
- No criminal record certificate from your Lawyer or local police.
The ISA – EUROPE’s Multinational instruction team, active in Europe in the last 3 decades developed a unique strengthening qualification method for Women & Men interested to become Instructor / Coach / Mentor for any other related challenges.
The Preparatory training will be held allays few months prior to the participation in any additional specialization session. to secure your spot in the training we insist to finalize the registration 90 days prior the course starts!
- The training combines practical and theoretical training methods. Incorporation of special training methods for development of the participant’s self-confidence and reaction capabilities under high stress situations are a definite feature.
- Various methods will be used, to detect and find suitable and required characteristics of the candidates.
- Testing entails extreme physical and emotional stress.
- Evaluations and interviews will be held during and after the tests to detect the participants various characteristics .
- Participants will receive a participation certificate.
