- Unfortunately, the recent geopolitical changes, the demographic changes, economic crises and of course the cultural differences created already and continue creating new critical security, safety threats, and various conflicts (War drums’ sounds), that are already disturbing and risking the secure and peaceful lifestyle in present and in the very near future.
- Over the last few years following into 2020 and beyond were delivered multiple crime threats that none have experienced before.
- Since Eden, Women are very influential in the education and the preparation of their children for their lives! to strengthen & empower them or to weaken them with their own fear or concerns.
- Women are driven more by emotion and being protective, than by “pride”. With our “emotional intelligence” and “reading / perceiving a threat”, we can interfere better by assisting, supporting, encouraging and “boosting” the entire population capacities for mitigation and for overcoming the increasing violent crimes that are terrorizing our children and avoiding the realization of our desires for a peaceful European, better secure, and pleasant lifestyle.
- The world now desperately needs more feminine leadership. The feminine and masculine leadership have been out of balance for too long. Nature has given the masculine part of humanity the insatiable desire to go forward even at the risk of overestimation of own forces and abilities
- The feminine part of humanity is more cautious. Women would rather avoid taking risk when they do not feel confident that they can cope with the risk. Therefore, women often miss a lot of opportunities exploring the limits of their true abilities, strength, and competencies. We need more leadership which has a balance of both worlds.
- More corporate analysts have confirmed these issues. It has been known that companies with mixed genders seem to have better sustainable performance.
- Organizations have been losing far too many valuable talents because women are disadvantaged in pay, development, and promotion. They are losing too many executive female talents due to these invisible stumble blocks.

Extensive practical training initiated by the International Security Academy, based on the real Israeli expertise, concepts, and methods to strengthen people when coping with high pressure situations. It deals with team-empowerment and self-empowerment.
We give priority to the qualifications and involvement of our entire population in the struggle against violent crime or terrorism; we do not consider it as the concerns of law enforcement only.
Our experience dictates that a person in a stronger mental and reasonable physical condition feels more self-confident, functions and copes much better with high stressful situations resulting from crises and violence.
We realized that self-confidence improves the participant’s character and behavior in their family, their awareness and desire to contribute, to being more involved and to influence the quality of life in the entire society, the lack of self-confidence turns people into aggressors or potential victims, who look and behave accordingly.
Our “secret weapon” has, and always will be, the entire society strength; or, more precisely, the education, training and preparation of Israelis have defeated and mitigated the violent crime and terrorism and have helped and will continue to help bring healthy economy and high living standards to our country’s population.
