WOMEN OPERATIVES IN TRAINING

STAGE 1 – PREPARATORY / SUITABILITY TEST TRAINING / ONLY WOMEN
The Method
- The preparatory training will be held for five consecutive days, few months prior to the participation in the VIP Protection specialization course.
- Various methods will be used, in order to detect and find suitable and required characteristics of the candidates.
- Testing entails extreme physical and emotional stress.
- Evaluations and interviews will be held during and after the tests in order to detect various characteristics consistent with being a premium candidate for VIP Protection operations.
Duration – 5 days
Location – Recruitment /Training Center ALLGAU – GERMANY
- This stage will be open to all women, between the ages of 21-40, who are in good health and possess a good level of physical fitness. Additional criteria can be decided. This selection will be based on personal qualities and abilities.
- Throughout the program, the candidates will receive support from coaches/mentor/instructors who will be appointed by the ISA – ISRAEL.
- An entry fee will be charged to the participants, in order to attract mainly those women participants who are truly motivated to be a part of this glorious domain. This fee can be paid for by the individual, but with the prospect of inexpensive publicity, it should not be too difficult to find a sponsor to cover the costs of a candidate.

Mental Preparedness & Empowerment Training Program
This is an extensive practical training program initiated by ISA-Israel, based on the real Israeli expertise, concepts, and methods to strengthen people when coping with high pressure situations. It deals with self-empowerment and team-empowerment.
Personal empowerment training activities
- Introducing emotional intelligence and psychological resiliency training: techniques for mental preparedness in high-pressure situations.
- Practical drills on strength, endurance, speed, agility, and determination.
- Teamwork development and hands-on Resistance development and emotional stability to promote abilities to function under pressure.
- Learning “the victim behavior”, hands-on exercises in implementing preventative behavioral measures.
- Exercises in identifying potential aggressors and taking proper preventative measures.
- Learning self-defense techniques that are effective, easy to learn, and easy to retain.
- Learning practical methods for non-verbal communication, including body language and tools to strengthen self-confidence.
- Learning methods to improve and retain physical fitness as well as body endurance.
- Understanding assertive behavior though simulating violent confrontations.
